Description

George Brent's screen-worn coat from his starring role as dapper gambler James Kincaid in the 1942 Western film Silver Queen. The brown coat features thin black-and-orange stripes, and has three flap pockets on the front along with three brown buttons for closure (the fourth button is missing). The interior is lined in dark brown satin, with a Western Costume Co. tag sewn inside the right breast pocket, annotated in ink: "Name: G. Brent, Chest: 42." In very good to fine condition, with a split to the seam at the left shoulder, and some fraying and splitting to the satin lining.
