Wollaston Esquire, their Consul for the Port of Genoa…I have the honor to request you to admit Mr. Wollaston to the exercise of his Consular functions." Cloth-matted and framed with a portrait of Pickering and a biographical plaque to an overall size of 24 x 19.5. In fine condition.
