American silent film actor (1865-1940) who portrayed the monster in the first film version of Frankenstein. Vintage 3.5 x 5.5 cardstock photo of Ogle in a head-and-shoulders pose, signed in fountain pen, "Sincerely yours, Charles Ogle, Oct. 21—1917, 'Lasky Co.'" Ogle has added an ANS to the reverse: "My Dear Mr. & Mrs. Babb, May future pictures create a desire for a closer Friendship, Sincerely yours, Charles Ogle." In fine condition. Autographs of Ogle are virtually nonexistent, with this being the first we have ever offered.
