Sheet music booklet entitled "3 Pieces pour le Grand Orgue," containing only his 'Piece Heroique,' nine pages, 11 x 14, crisply signed and inscribed on the front cover in ink by Cesar Franck. Disbound and in good condition, with foxing, tears, and significant paper loss and chipping to the extremely fragile cover and pages.
