Chicago blues vocalist and harmonica player (1934-1998). Two ink signatures, both signed "From Junior Wells," one on an off-white 4.75 x 3 card dated "6-25-93," and the other on an off-white 5 x 1.5 slip dated "1976." The card is removably corner-mounted to a display sheet with an image of Wells. In overall fine condition.
