Large fountain pen signature, "Sincerely, Babe Ruth,” at the bottom of a letter written to him on an off-white 5.25 x 6.75 page, dated March 6, 1934. The young collector addresses "Mr. Ruth," with an autograph request: "Please write your name on the bottom of this letter." In fine condition. In 1934, the 'Sultan of Swat' embarked upon his fifteenth and final season with the New York Yankees. Though aging, the 39-year-old still managed to slug 22 home runs while batting .288 on the year. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA, with the desirable signature graded "NM-MT 8."
