Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Combs, who adds his address below, “Richmond, Kentucky, Route #2,” and countersigned by Yankees Owner Jacob Ruppert. The reverse is signed by American League President William Harridge. In fine condition. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
