Two hardcover books signed by Dr. Seuss: a later printing of Horton Hears a Who, signed and inscribed opposite the title page in fountain pen, "For the Jones Boys, with Best Wishes, Dr. Seuss"; and a first edition of The Butter Battle Book, signed and inscribed opposite the title page in black felt tip, "With Best Wishes to Maconda, Dr. Seuss." In overall very good condition, with moderate overall handling wear from use, and wide clear tape holding together the damaged spine of Horton Hears a Who.
