Large antique brass Petzval lens by A. T. Thompson & Co., measuring 8″ long and 4.5″ in diameter, engraved on the side, "A. T. Thompson & Co., Importers, Boston." Includes a period lens cap. In fine condition, with some small flecks and spots to the glass. A robust optical piece.
