Two tickets and one ticket stub for the 1960 Democratic National Convention held at the Sports Arena in Los Angeles, California, during which John F. Kennedy was nominated for president, including: a 5.5 x 2.75 ‘general admission’ ticket stub for the fourth session; a 7 x 2.75 ‘work area’ ticket for the fifth session; and a yellow “Golden Horse” ticket for the “Acceptance Speech Rally” on July 15, 1960, issued as “Tunnel 3, Row 34, Seat 3.” Also included is an invitation from “Senator and Mrs. John F. Kennedy” requesting the presence of the “Honorable Timothy Paulsel” for a reception on July 10 [1960] at the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles. In overall fine condition.
