Fantastic program for Pink Floyd's 1969 The Man and the Journey Tour, 16 pages, 8 x 9.75, signed around the time of the tour on the front cover in red ballpoint by David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Nick Mason, and Richard Wright. In fine condition, with light handling wear, and moderate contrast to Waters.
From March 27th until September 24, 1969, progressive rockers Pink Floyd performed the conceptual musical piece The Man and the Journey on a 29-date tour. Consisting primarily of UK concert venues, each show of the tour included two album-length suites, The Man and The Journey, both of which consisted of several early and unreleased songs, and material that would later appear on More and Ummagumma. In classic Floydian fashion, the concerts also included visual performance elements such as the sawing and construction of a table during ‘Work,’ and the consumption of afternoon tea onstage during the aptly titled ‘Teatime.’ An immensely desirable, fully signed program from an early and uncommon Pink Floyd showcase.
