TLS in French, one page, 8.25 x 10.75, ornate Antoinette letterhead, October 29, 1909. Letter concerning the "Societe Antoinette" and the capital of 1,300,000 francs. In very good to fine condition. Accompanied by a letter in French, dated March 2, 1910, related to the Societe Antoinette, approved at the conclusion by "M. Ferber." Antoinette was a pioneering French airplane builder in the years prior to World War I.
