Letter to William Kelly of East Boston, in part: "This will acknowledge receipt of your letter of May 25th, relative to your desire to secure a copy of the Taft-Ellender-Wagner Bill, and the Taft-Hartley Labor Bill…I am enclosing, herewith, the bills you desire. As you know, the Taft-Hartley Labor Bill is still in conference, and must be returned to the House and the Senate for further action. Thanks for your kind remarks, Billy. Coming from you, they are doubly appreciated. I am very pleased to see that you have secured a band for Memorial Day exercises, and trust that everything will go well." In very good to fine condition, with light creasing, and restored paper loss (affecting two words of the postscript) to the lower right corner.
