Description

Stunning vintage matte-finish 9.5 x 12.5 studio portrait of Davies by Clarence Sinclair Bull, signed and inscribed to director Raoul Walsh in fountain pen, "To Raoul, I am happy looking forward to the greatest director directing me—Marion.” Reverse bears a Bull/MGM credit stamp. In fine condition, with trimmed edges. Walsh directed Davies in the 1938 film Going Hollywood.
