Powerful glossy 8 x 10 photo of the massive atomic mushroom cloud rising above the Japanese city of Hiroshima on August 6, 1945, signed in thin blue felt tip by six members of the Enola Gay bombing mission: "Paul Tibbets, Pilot," "Dutch Van Kirk, Navigator," "Tom Ferebee, Bombardier," "Richard Nelson, Radio," "George R. Caron, Tail Gunner," and "Bob Lewis, Co-Pilot." In fine condition, with some light surface creases. Mushroom cloud photos signed by six members of the Enola Gay crew are quite rare, with this example all the more desirable given the presence of Lewis, who passed away in 1983.
