Ward" and "Monte Melnick"; a 16-page itinerary packet for the Ramones' Lollapalooza schedule, listing a total of 21 concerts held in Canada and the US between June 27 and August 2, 1996; Soundgarden's original spiral-bound itinerary booklet for the 1996 Lollapalooza tour, 40 pages, listing 23 concerts held in Canada and the US between June 25 and August 3, 1996; a faxed copy of an equipment packing list for a Lollapalooza show at Phoenix's Compton Terrace on July 27, 1996; a copy of a main stage itinerary sheet for a Lollapalooza show at the Tad Gormley Stadium in New Orleans on July 23, 1996; and a "V.I.P." permit, issued No. 98, for a Lollapalooza show at Downing Stadium in Randalls Island, New York on July 10, 1996. Also includes an unsigned copy of the Molson Park IMM 60 form, and a stapled set of three pages from the 1996 Lollapalooza itinerary. In overall fine condition, with expected wear.
