Uncommon pair of 'The Ramones' Beat from the Street' albums recorded for the Rock Around the World broadcast on September 6, 1976, featuring Martha Velez (side one) and The Ramones (side two). Both original red sleeves are affixed with the Suffolk Cablevision label, and both sleeves contain the two-page airtime schedule for the show, detailing element time, running time, and the number of commercials played. The Ramones songs were recorded live at the Roxy in Los Angeles on August 12, 1976; on August 11-12, the Ramones performed for the first time at the Roxy, opening for the Flamin' Groovies. In overall fine condition. Both records are included. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Chris Lamy, close friend of The Ramones and guitarist of The Jabbers, formerly GG Allin & The Jabbers.
