Group of production materials from the filming for Prince's 1985 film Under the Cherry Moon, highlighted by a set of four original glossy 8.5 x 11 contact sheets and original negatives of the sets and locations for the movie, done by renowned production designer and art director Richard Sylbert during his location research on the French Riviera. The negatives and single pages of notes on Sylbert's memo paper are paperclipped to each contact sheet; the contact sheets are also annotated on the reverse with location captions. Contained within a Rossi Photography envelope marked with "Sylbert" as the client. Also includes a 17-page "Cherry Moon Productions Inc., Unit List," dated September 21, 1985; and a 6-page call sheet on Cavallo, Ruffalo & Fargnoli letterhead for the shooting of 'America' in Nice, France, on October 27, 1985.
