Nevermind CD signed on the front of the CD booklet in blue felt tip, "Kurdt," "David," and "Chris." In fine condition. The CD is included. The release of Nevermind and hit singles 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' rocketed the grunge trio into rock and roll mainstream by the close of 1991. By January 1992, Nevermind had supplanted Michael Jackson's Dangerous as the top album in the country, and the follow-up singles 'Come as You Are,' 'In Bloom,' and 'Lithium' distinguished the record as one of the greatest surprises in rock and roll history.
Brennan first met Nirvana in January 1992, in the lobby of NBC when they were at the Thursday music rehearsal for a “Saturday Night Live” performance. After that, he followed them everywhere, before they were famous. “I just knew.” He met them a total of 8-12 times. “In just under two years, it was all over.” He followed them all of 1992 and 1993. Drummer Dave Grohl is seen wearing a “Secret Sounds” t-shirt on the album cover for “Muddy Banks of Wishkah,” which Brennan gave him. “Dave was always difficult to deal with; Kurt was the easy one.” From The John Brennan In-person Autograph Collection.
