Original collaborative painting between Dee Dee Ramone and Paul Kostabi, accomplished in acrylic, felt tip, and spray paint on a wooden 15.5 x 19.5 canvas board, signed in the lower right in purple paint by Ramone, and in the lower left in gold ink by Kostabi. The intensely psychedelic work features a large face with dripping eyes surrounded by television sets and floating orbs, with large bright pink lettering wrapping the lower and right borders: "Happy Birthday." Kostabi has signed again on the reverse in black felt tip, "Paul Kostabi, 10-1-02," adding above, "Happy birthday to us." Ornately framed to an overall size of 23.5 x 27.5. In fine condition.
