Handwritten notes from the 'King of Pop'

Handwritten notes by Michael Jackson, who signs twice with his initials, "M. J.," one page, both sides, 5.5 x 8.5, January 7, 1985. Jackson makes a list of notes in ballpoint for his personal assistant, in full (spelling and grammar retained): "Candy I need the songs on cassette tape. Then make 4 copies of it. Gerry and the pacemakers. 1. Ferry cross the Mercy, 2. Don't let the sun catch you crying, Dions, 3. Runaroud Sue, Buy this record The Drifters Version of 4. On Broadway, 5. Magnifficent Seven, Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose, 6. Too late to turn back now. [A secretarial hand has struck through the following sentence: "Themes from great movies, 7. To Kill a Mocking Bird"] M. J., Buy another album called 7. Zapp II, Song is Dance Floor, Elmer Bernstiens, 8. Walk on the wild side. Also Buy Chaka Kan. 9. I feel for you single then buy the original 10. Gold finger from the 007 film, 12. the 4 Tops song Baby I need your lovin & ask the lonely, 13. Thanks you, M. J., O. K." Graphite and darker numerals done in a secretarial hand. Framed without backing to an overall size of 10 x 13. In fine condition.
