Graded by PSA EX-MT 6. The iconic Mathewson image graces the front of this tremendously attractive card. Well centered with strong color and a perfectly focused image, where you can see every strand of Matty’s hair beneath the cap, and every facial detail. Very light corner touches to the extremities. This is a superior example to most T205 Mathewson cards on the market. Due to the fragile nature of the gold edge borders, the T205 tobacco cards are so difficult to locate in high grade, and were distributed in much smaller numbers than their sister cards, the T206 white borders.
