Striking 10K gold 1969 New York Mets World Series Championship salesman sample ring made by Jenkins, approximately size 10 and 35 gm, featuring a cubic zirconia set into a blue stone, the bezel reading: "New York Mets, World Champions, 1969." One shank features the Mets logo, engraved above with the name and number of manager Gil Hodges, "14, Hodges, MGR." The other shank depicts Shea Stadium, with an engraved banner above, "Eastern Division, National League, World Series," and the World Series matchup engraved below, "Mets vs. Orioles." Stamped inside the band with "10K" and the Jenkins logo, and hand-etched with a serial number. In fine condition, with a scratch to the cubic zirconia.
