DS in French, one page, 8.5 x 10.75, February 22, 1963. Contract for Piaf to appear at the Ancienne Belgique from April 4-May 5, 1963, signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Piaf. Includes a second contract for the same period signed by her husband, the singer Theo Sarapo. In very good to fine condition, with creases and short tears to the edges, and a larger tear to the Sarapo document. Accompanied by an original program for the concert series.
