The cover bears annotations in other hands, "He wrote this at football game," "Babe Ruth signed at game," and the score, "Army 0, Notre Dame 21." Beautifully mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 15.75 x 17.75. In very good to fine condition, with light creasing and soiling, and some old tape along the left edge. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA and an original vintage glossy AP press photo of Ruth signing autographs for American servicemen ten years later. A visually appealing item featuring the greatest baseball player of all-time taking in the game of the year at the historic Yankees Stadium, just one month after his famous 'called shot.'
