According to the artist: 'When I was creating the video for DEVO’s What We Do I got into a conversation with Mark about doing an art show featuring their signature dome shaped hat as the canvas for a series of selected artists to paint. This design was intended to be used as the advert for the show that has yet to materialize. The band was off Warner Bros. shortly after the video and art show concept was conceived and it hit the cutting room floor.'
