Two DSs, each boldly signed "Oliv: Wolcott, Jr.," one page, dated 1789. Two State of Connecticut Comptroller's Office pay orders: one issued on March 31, 1789, to pay John Goodrich five shillings; and the other issued on September 7, 1789, to pay Joshua Maxwell one pound, eight shillings. In overall very good condition, with toning, light foxing, and a split to one of the intersecting folds.
