Description

Important Continental Army general (1737-1789) who served continuously from the Lexington Alarm through the British surrender at Yorktown. Revolutionary War-dated manuscript DS, signed “Sam'l H. Parsons,” one page, 7.5 x 2.5, December 10, 1779. Receipt for "Two Beaver Hatts of Forty shillings each—to accounts for Gen'l Parson's use." In fine condition, with slight toning and foxing.
