A flown .25 x .25 swatch of Kapton foil removed from the Apollo 13 Command Module Odyssey. The foil is affixed to a 3.5 x 2.5 presentation sheet bearing a preprinted signature of NASA Photographic Team member Dick Williamson, in part: “I certify the attached gold foil material is part of the heat deflecting material from the Apollo Spacecraft Odyssey…I personally removed the gold foil from the spacecraft Odyssey."
