Flown flag bearing the Shuttle-Mir Program insignia, 6 x 4, carried aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery during the STS-91 mission from June 2-12, 1998. The flag is affixed to its original 11 x 14 printed certificate, which reads: "Presented to James A. Kaminsky. This flag commemorating the Phase 1 Program was flown to the Mir Space Station aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-91, launched June 2, landed June 12, 1998." Sheet bears two preprinted signatures. In very good to fine condition, with creasing to the mount.
