Flown fabric American flag, 5.75 x 4, flown aboard the Space Shuttle Columbia during its second flight on November 12-14, 1981. Flag is attached to its original 8.5 x 11 certificate, which reads “Presented to David W. Garrett…in recognition of the significant contribution you made to the success of the mission.” Certificate also bears printed signatures of shuttle astronauts Joe Engle and Richard Truly. In fine condition.
