Fountain pen signature, "George Gershwin,” on an off-white 3.25 x 3.25 slip clipped from an envelope postmarked 1934, also signed in pencil by singer James Melton and composer-musical director Charles Previn. In very good condition, with three central stains from mounting remnants to the reverse, and an edge tear affecting the last couple letters of Gershwin's signature.
