I did receive the article you sent from 'The Charlotte Observer,' and I appreciate your taking the time to write and to send me these copies." Signed below in black felt tip by Clinton. In fine condition, with a few very small stains. Accompanied by a photo of Clinton bearing a facsimile signature.
