Original 1959 road program for West Side Story, sixteen pages, 9 x 11.75, signed and inscribed inside on their respective biography pages in black felt tip, "For the Bernsteins, from, Leonard Bernstein," "For Norman and Michael Bernstein, Best wishes, Stephen Sondheim," "To Norman & Michael Bernstein—Best wishes—Arthur Laurents," "For Norman Bernstein—from, Jerome Robbins," and "To Norm, Best wishes, Larry Kert." In fine condition, with general light handling wear. After the production's initial 732 performance run, West Side Story went on tour and returned to New York ten weeks later for an additional 249 shows, with this program deriving from the road tour.
