Receipt in which Cartier sells, assigns, and transfers to Wiley & Company “One hundred (100) Shares of the Capital stock of the Irving Trust Company.” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Cartier and countersigned by three representatives. Includes the original stock certificate. In fine condition, with expected cancellation holes and document wear, and a small pencil cancellation notation passing through the last name in his signature.
