One letter, in part: "As to the Snake Pit program and the Gone With the Wind posters, if you are willing to trust them to the mails I will be happy to sign and return them to you." Another letter, in part: "As to my role in Charles and Diana, A Royal Romance: it was indeed that of Queen Elizabeth—but of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother. Therefore, Dana Wynter played my daughter as the reigning Queen, Elizabeth II." Another, in part: "It pleases me deeply that you have seen Gone With the Wind and feel so warmly about it…I was cast for the part of Melanie at the same time as Vivien Leigh and Leslie Howard; the announcement concerning the three of us appeared in the press in early January of 1939." In overall very good to fine condition, with tears to the bottom of one letter affecting the signature. Most accompanied by the original mailing envelopes.
