Two 12″ promo singles, including: 'Pope / Pink Cashmere' (SAM 1311) in its original WEA sleeve, featuring rare unreleased remix versions of the tracks; and 'Controversy / D.M.S.R.' (SAM 1278), also in its original WEA sleeve. In overall fine condition. Very few of the WEA 'Pope / Pink Cashmere' promos were pressed in the first place, and it was withdrawn and recalled by Warner Bros. shortly thereafter. It features exclusive remixes of each song which were not pressed on any other 12″ single—the remix of 'Pink Cashmere' turns the song into a soft reggae version, while the extra beats of 'Pope' manipulate the 'loop is a loop is a loop' line.
