Seven items related to the 1986 film Under the Cherry Moon, including: two Dutch handbills for a screening of the film in Nice, France, on November 21, 1985; an invitation to an Under the Cherry Moon wrap party on November 21, 1985, at the Grand Escurial in Nice, France; an invitation to Prince and the Revolution at the Theatre de Verdure on October 27, 1985; a Venus de Milo, Christopher piano bar napkin taken from the set of the film; an ‘Under the Cherry Moon’ admission tag; and an Under the Cherry Moon VHS tape. In overall very good to fine condition, with scattered creasing to invitation and a handbill, and corner wear to the VHS box. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope for an invitation, postmarked May 12, 1985. From the collection of Prince’s former assistant and accompanied by a letter of provenance.
