President Monroe grants John Latta a parcel of land "in the district of Chillicothe and State of Ohio, containing One hundred & fifty seven acres." Crisply signed at the conclusion by President Monroe and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Josiah Meigs. The white paper seal affixed to the lower left remains fully intact. Nicely mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 22.5 x 18.5. In fine condition, with light rippling and intersecting folds.
