Official letter addressed to the 20th Century Fox Film Corporation, in part: "You are hereby notified that I have authorized MCA Artists, Ltd., to accept delivery of any and all checks and/or sums of money which may from time to time be or become payable to me from you; and I hereby authorize you to deliver such checks and/or sums of money to said MCA Artists, Ltd." Signed and dated at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Martin. In fine condition, with scattered light creasing and two vertical folds.
