Signer of the Declaration of Independence from Pennsylvania (1742-1798), and one of only six men who signed both the Declaration and the US Constitution. Revolutionary War-dated partly-printed DS, endorsed on the reverse, “Wilson,” one page, 13.5 x 4, January 26, 1776. The document concerns a future court appearance by Arthur Cunningham and is signed at the conclusion by John Agnew. Above Wilson's signature on the reverse are docketing notations headed "April Term 1776." In very good to fine condition, with scattered toning and foxing.
