Untranslated financial document which creates six workers and five coiners for the currency of Riom. Signed at the conclusion by the king, and countersigned by Louis Phelypeaux, comte de Pontchartrain (General Secretary of Finance), and Chamillard (General Controller of Finance). Includes original string-bound covers. In very good to fine condition, with some scattered staining.
