The brochure features images of several of the artists and groups scheduled to perform, including: Grateful Dead, Free, Ginger Baker's Air Force, Colosseum, Family, Black Sabbath, Traffic, Mungo Jerry, and Jose Feliciano. The Hollywood Music Festival was notable for the first performance of Grateful Dead in the UK. In fine condition, with some light staining to the cover.
