Two souvenir typescripts, each one page, 8.5 x 11, signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Vonnegut. First is an excerpt from God Bless You, Mr. Rosewater, in full: "'Hello, babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. At the outside, babies, you've got about a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies: 'God damn it, you've got to be kind.'" Second is an excerpt from Breakfast of Champions, in part: "Trout made the connection between his lone fan letter and the invitation, but he couldn't believe that Eliot Rosewater was a grownup. Rosewater's handwriting looked like this: You ought to be President of the United States!" In fine condition.
