Letter to "Whom It May Concern," in full: "The bearer of this letter, Miss Mary Randolph, who is the social secretary at the White House, is going to Canada for a short stay. It will be appreciated if the officials of the Railroads or Customs Service show her any courtesies which may be consistent with their duties." In fine condition.
