Description

Unique collection of four items signed by Titanic passengers, including: an 1889 ALS by journalist W. T. Stead, who perished in the disaster; a 1906 bank check signed by Archibald Gracie, who survived the wreck but died eight months later from related health complications; a program from a 1962 church service commemorating the 50th anniversary of the disaster, signed by survivors Walter Belford (alleged), Katherine Gilnagh Manning, and Julia Smyth; a two-page 1979 ALS by Edwina Troutt MacKenzie, detailing her experience in the Titanic disaster; and a photocopy of a Titanic card that had been signed by survivors, signed in blue ballpoint by Louise Kink Pope. In overall fine condition, with a vertical crease to the program.
