Huxley assigns the rights to "Pride and Prejudice"

DS, one page both sides, 8.5 x 11, September 11, 1939. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures contract in which Huxley affirms that he has granted all rights unto Loew's Incorporated for "that certain adaptation continuity entitled 'Pride and Prejudice.'" Signed at the conclusion by Huxley. In fine condition, with several marginal staple holes.
