The manual is divided into three main sections—Introduction, Extravehicular Mobility Unit Subsystems and Accessories, and Extravehicular Mobility Unit Systems—and various other categories, such as: Field Optical Items, Inflight Overall Garment, Portable Life Support System, Oxygen Ventilating Circuit, Primary Oxygen Subsystem, Liquid Transport Loop, Remote Control Unit, Oxygen Purge System, and Electocardiogram Signal Conditioner.
