Rack-mount McDonnell Douglas interface unit, measuring 19 x 15 x 4, bearing a MDSCC parts tag on the reverse, reading: "Part No. 9007290-1H, Model No. 136577A, Serial No. MD002, Design Code No. 56067, Nomenclature Interface Unit, Contract No. NAS8-32350." The front panel of the unit has three toggle switches, three connectors, a "Fire Hole," and two affixed swatches of Velcro. In fine condition.
