Carbon copy receipt from the Ramada Inn in Bloomington, Minnesota, one page, 5.5 x 8.5, no date [1981 or earlier]. The receipt is in the name of "Nelson, Prince," at the address "7057 Woodland Rd., Apt. 105, Eden Prairie, Minnesota," and is for a room for the night of October 19th. The bottom section is a carbon copy of the original filled out and signed by Prince, and stapled to the receipt is a secretarially signed credit card slip.
